On the way to work, I saw what seemed to be a car accident. The traffic was blocked up and I saw a taxi and a bus in the intersection. Other cars were going around them. Also, I could hear the strerotypical ajosshi shouting and 'baby dog'.

Upon closer inspection, I could see no damage to either vehicle, so it was probably a close call. The bus was a special bus for the local veterans hospital. The driver of the bus was at the window of the taxi, shouting many profanities.

The taxi driver stayed in his car with the window down, and then a few of the veterans got off the bus to join in the fight. The driver was trying to get them to get back onto the bus, but the veterans wanted to fight. One with a cane started poking the cane in the window, trying to hit the driver.

I guess even 70-80 year old war veterans still have some piss and vinegar in their veins.

I think the word is "seki," a popular insult here. If you are a baby dog, your mother is a bitch.

Seki just means baby.

Tell the next mom you see pushing a stroller that her bundle of joy is a cute sekki and see how she reacts. She's bound to gleam full of pride.
