Howdy all,

We will be forming a new foreign supporters organization for the Suwon Bluewings Football Club. It is going to be a lot of fun. Not only is Suwon one of the the best football clubs in Asia, but they also have the best fans. http://youtube.com/watch?v=szlky2JVZ6g

I am working with the president of the Korean supporters group to form a group for foreigners who want to have a community of their own who travel to games together and just to have a good time overall. We will be having a supporters retreat at Jisan in December where we will ski, drink, and hang out with some of the players.

Anyways, it would be good to hear from the people out there who would be interested in joining. We will be having a get together in Suwon in a couple weeks to get to know each other and have a few beers.

There are also season tickets available for next year for 40,000 won and are available by contacting James Maas at [email protected]

We now have three Brazilians to change our fortunes around. It's just a matter of time...

(while a "sports fan", soccer is of a side interest)

Haha! Like I said to my Seongnam buddy," Our pain lasted 4 minutes and 27 seconds, yours lasted two weeks!" We have got 25 in our group, how many do your loser teams have??? Very Happy

In all seriousness though, at least you guys take the time to watch the K-league even though it blows most of the time, that shows true grit and love for the game

At least we made it to the final, and to the Peace Cup, and to the AFC Champions League. Where was Suwon?

To be honest, I am 10x more interested in the KBO.

You can't really say you "made it" to the peace cup since your owner is the one who puts it all together and doesn't let any other team in.

And as for the CL, how many times have you guys won it??? That would be a big zero. How many for Suwon??? 2 in a row

You sound like a Leafs fan. 1967 baby.

And for that matter, you won it before it was the Champions League, and if you are going to look at it that way, they won it in 1996.
