http://www.improveverywhere.com/2007/11/10/mp3-experiment-south-korea/

From the same wacky buggers who like flash mobs and such, comes this rip snorting craziness in Seoul. And it's bilingual!

This seems to me to be a cracking good time, especially for those who have never seen a naked woman.

I can't be arsed to read the site. Can you explain how it works in one telegraphic sentence, please?

Bunch of plonkers with mp3 players meet in the park in Hongdae, and receive an mp3 message at a pre-designated time telling them to go somewhere and do something, that 'something' being interpreted by the organisers as falling into the realm of 'performance art.'

Or some such bollox. What do I know. I'm old.

Quite right. My mistake. It's downloaded and listened to at a pre-designated time.

Here's a summary of one of their 'experiments' in NYC. Man, these people sure do know how to have a good time.

Wackiness, I tell you.

I want to organize one of these that culminates with everyone hearing an mp3 file of me saying, "Go home and get a life."
