Congrats. What you say about time flying past is true. Ours will be 2 in February. I don't know where the time has gone. Pretty soon, I'll wake up one day and she'll be bringing boyfriends home.

Congratulations.

It has been nice to see the changes via your avatar. She was super cute at two.

Ugh...I now feel old, because I remember the earlier photos and now realize how long I've been here. Wink

She's cute.

Congrats Ttzechuk.

Time flies indeed, our little dude will be 3 this spring...seems like he was in his crib only yesterday.

We are working on #2 now after my wife lost the baby earlier this year....our son is now convinced he wants a sister....but he does not want another baby in the house... Laughing

Gotta love the little dude.

Congrats, OP!

I'm sure you're a wonderful mother too.

Ignore hagwonguy1979. He's still smarting over Ohio State's loss to UI.

Apparently hasn't come down from his weekend hangover yet.

"I am proud to say that she has been exclusive breast fed until she was 27.5 months old! "

Bad English, and kinda creepy info...

I'm not sure why soccer parents are considered evil in Hagwon guy's world but I do think that constantly posting pics of your children on these boards is not a great idea.

Anyone who's been around these boards a while has seen how ugly things can get, and it's generally understood that making your face, real name and the place you live in known online is a bad idea. Putting that information out there about your child seems very naive to me.

That said, hope she has a great birthday

That's what I got from hogwonguy's post. (though I don't think "exploiting" is the right term). I have a kid who happens to be rather cute too, but I don't think I'd ever post his pic here. What's the upside to doing that?

I just wanted to share. Those pics are not going to be up there forever... plus I think I've posted most, if not all her pictures before.

Furthermore - regardless of whether you post your info or not, someone is bound to know you and words will travel about. Peppermint, needless to say, I know exactly who you are, name, age and so forth but that doesn't mean I am going to use that info to my advantage.

Thanks to those you send their good wishes. I appreciate it.
