Im planning on coming to Korea within the next few weeks, and there are some things Im unsure of about official documents that I will need.
Ive seen this term a few times: ARC. Whats an ARC, what does A-R-C stand for, and how do I get one?
I talked to a recruiter last night, and she told me to process my visa I have to Fed Ex the language school director my diploma, my transcript, my contract, my picture, and a copy of the picture page of my passport. Alright, there are some problems here. My diploma has already been apostilled for Mexico. It has a sticker on the corner of it, and a sheet of paper stuck behind it that is a notarized copy from the Secretary of States Office from the state that Im from here in the U.S. Is this going to be OK, or am I going to have to call my university again to get another copy of my diploma? Second, when they say they want my picture, what do they mean exactly? Do I have to go get two more passport photos taken at Walmart or Sears or wherever? If so, then there goes another $17. Im in the U.S. right now, by the way. Third, when they say they want a copy of the picture page of my passport, cant I just e-mail the language school director a scanned copy of the picture page of my passport, or do they want me to snail mail them a photocopy of the picture page of my passport? |
