It's 6:24 at I start typing this.

Normally I don't get up this early, but my neighbor directly below me has decided to play DJ at "wake you out of a deep sleep" volume with crummy Korean dance pop starting about twenty minutes ago.

I grabbed the security guard, who has been ringing this person continually without answer.

Ah, good, it just stopped. I guess he got through to whoever it is.

Anyway, this is the fifth time over the last few months they've done it. I'm hoping they get the boot because I'm sleepy and in the mood to set fire to someone.

Aren't you being anally retentive? This was an excellent opportunity to expand your musical horizons when you weren't doing anything important.

Actually, I sympathize with you. I used to live on a floor with 4 apartments, two of them inhabited by working girls. Several times a week they'd return home with their pick-up-of-the-night when their place of employment closed, around 3AM and one of them would turn her music on full-blast and both would open their doors in the common hallway and chat...while their friend-for-the-night got undressed. November seemed to be an especially noisy time of year.

I feel for you TWG, we own our building and just kicked someone out three months ago because he would come home at 4-5AM and yell, scream and beat his wife. We gave him four warnings and then we gave him his deposit Key money and told him to take a hike. He bitched and screamed and acted like a two year old, but he had to move out. Let someone else deal with his behavior. I was out on the balcony when he was moving out, laughing at him.

I used to live in a third floor. One evening a bunch of drunks started fighting at four in the morning. I grabbed a couple of really old eggs and started pelting them.

Neighbor playing music at an early hour in the morning; Oh man, a good opportunity to use some of that classroom Korean. If he's playing loud music and doesn't answer the door, yell and say "JoYoungHe, NaNeun Jago Idda!" Nothing like a screaming match to get the landlord downstairs to clean house.

Bastards.

My neighbors were banging at 9 am today. No, not that kind of banging. Well, they might have been.

Do the old kid pranks. The flaming bag of dog shit, the eggs, etc.

But make sure there's no camera surveillance in the hallways first.
