Here is hoping you get sued Cool

So if you are in Canada why you still wasting your time on a Korean board? You must have a "wonderful" life Embarassed

uncalled for.

That still doesn't make it any less true Cool

(fingers crossed on the suing part)

Y'know, it is untrue. Why not be on a Korean discussion forum if you have lived in Korea a long time and are still interested in Korea and enjoy joining discussions about Korea?

Anyway, the tech forum is not the place to attack posters. We try to be helpful here.

EDIT* hehehe...I just realized the irony of my last statement in a thread which was created to attack a poster!!! Laughing

That's ok, livinginkunsan. I might think I was weird, too, if I were you.

But the truth is that I have pretty good life, and a lot of interests, and Korea is one of them. This board is actually a good way to keep up with what is happening in the country, so when I call my friends in Korea, or talk to my Korean friends here, I know what's going on.

I have a job with a large Canadian media company, making websites. The Tech forum has a lot of interesting discussions about how expats use the internet to get their media. Fascinating stuff for me. The expats in Korea are way ahead of the curve compared to the media people in Canada. They're living it.

Also, It's just techie enough without being too nerdy. I'm on the computer a lot in my workday, so I drop in every now and then for a change of pace.

Also, Dave is a friend of mine, so I'm always curious to see how his site is doing. We talk about it often.

Believe it or not, I never used this board when I was in Korea, only after I left. In Korea, I was way too busy to spend much time on a site like this. So for me, some of the posters here seem a little weird, and like they're wasting their time.

If you're into throwing around uncalled-for insults at random strangers, the Current Events Forum just down the hall might be more comfortable for you.

Meanwhile, KoK continues to show himself to be a class act.
