any ideas on what to do with middle school level 3 students now that exams are finished and there's ZERO incentive for them to do anything? my more advanced classes will be fine because they actually enjoy learning english but my lower-level classes are sheer pain! what the hell am i supposed to do with them for the next 5 WEEKS?!

My third grade students are still stressed out and studying hard because they still have a high school entrance exam to take on the 11th of December.

so in addition to their regular exams, they'll be writing exams to get into high school? i thought they used their 3rd year MS exams to apply to HS?
my 3rd years write their MS exams next week and i'm starting to wonder what to do with them afterwards too.

Kiwigal is right. The exams they have just done are written by their own teachers on what they have done from the textbook. All students will have their external exams on 11th December. So they're still working hard. It's what to do after December 11th that is important, which will probably consist of christmas games, can't wait!!!!

my year 3 students wrote exams last week and some kind of SAT test yesterday... my first class today was a disaster! will 5 weeks of movies be a problem with parents? i don't blame the kids for being lethargic for the last month... if i were them, i'd stop coming to school and make some money instead!
