Shut yourself in your apartment and become a hermit. You can come out once in a while to scour the garbage littered on the side of anyroad. Anything else just ask.... |

Reuse condoms, eh, Ilsanman? Is that why you're expecting a baby?
This is getting tough...
89. Don't buy tupperware/ gladware, etc. Just reuse glass jars and containers. If it's difficult to wash some items like bottles, you can use a baby bottle washer.
90. Don't throw out old food (my MIL is a master at this). Use in fried rice (you can use leftover rice for bokeumbap), lamien, or budae chigae. |

92 - Always fart into the rings on top of your gas cooker. This will turn back the gas meter, and save you money over a period of time. |

93. Know the layout of your apartment so that you can walk around in the dark at night. Those light bulbs are real little wallet-rapists. |

Someone suggested using random coins, even of other currencies, to pay for the bus. But this still costs money. I have a better way:
94. Get on the bus and take out a 10,000 won bill (if you have any other coins or bills, hide them). As you are about to drop it in the bill slot, look at the driver 'just to confirm if it's okay.'
It never is okay because he can't/ doesn't want to give you eighteen 500 won coins, so he'll wave you on for free- savings galore! |

^ That's a good one.
95. Bathe in the Han river. Pretend its the Ganges, and you are a Hindu.
(as an aside, can you imagine the possibilities if there was a bottle redemption refund in this country?) |

There used to be, guess they ended it. I used to turn in an under-the-sink-cupboardful of OB bottles and get a pack or two of the cheap ramyeon and an egg -- Free eats for a whole day!
But there's something just as good as bottle refunds, and require no initial outlay for the beer:
96. Fast Food Restaurant Beverage Cup refunds!
100W a piece for those suckers. You can find them in public trashcans, and if not, you can always just accidentally-on-purpose bump into hawt chicks drinking out of those cups. Has to be hawt chicks, as they're always checking out themselves in mirrors and store windows and not looking where they're walking. You knock the cup out of their hands, beverage splatters everywhere, and in the ensuing melee you dive down, snag the cup, and off you trot off to the nearest Burger King with nobody the wiser. |

97. Don't date Korean women. They are probably the highest maintenance women in the world.

98. if you must date a korean girl, allow her to bring their "older brother" (aka some dude that likes her but has no chance). let said brother pay for all drinks and food.
99. when it comes time to ditch the dude, take the girl home - on the bus.
100. don't pay for the bus, enter through the back entrance. |

I'll bite:
101. If you absolutely must eat something other than ramyeon and discounted, rotten kimbap, go to Krispy Kreme. Right before you order they give you a free donut. Take it and run! |

102.When going to Busan on th eKTX, just get on without buying a ticket.
103. When at your gym, fill up your water bottleS. I like that because it is my token rebellion and one small bit of money that doesn't go into the Korean economy. |
