Julius, unless I am mistaken the order of the day does not list any discussion on visa requirement changes....

Unless you mean the Q&A discussion parts but those seem to be for the two topics that precede them (marriage and immigration , Cross-cultural programs).

I hope they leave room for you guys to discuss the visa rule changes but from the order of the day it does not seem likely unless I missed something....

Is this where they quiz the foreigners about who the Secretary-General of the U.N. is? Or where Korean ranks in terms of most spoken language in the world? Or that other similar garbage spewed forth at the EPIK meeting a couple weekends ago?

I don't know, i just saw it advertised today on lots of flyers at the foreign hospital, thought it might be useful. But as you say they don't seem to allow much time for q & a. All the same, probably a rare opportunity to tackle immigration officials face to face.

Entertainment is fine. Their choice of entertainment is questionable. I'd much rather see a traditional performance, but to each his own.

I would love to go, but I also have to work. If I could go, my question would be

Why is it possible to become a naturalized Korean citizen after living here for 5 years, but there is no such provision for an F5 VISA? I have been in this country almost 10 years. Why can't I get an F5 based on time in country rather than my maritial status?

If anyone gets a chance, please ask these lame **beebs** my question and then post their remarks for us all to read.
