Or even foreigners for that matter (even though most of us are over the legal age of course).....I've seen some pretty young looking Koreans about at night and no-one seems to give a damn....

They get ID'd buying cigs. I know because some young whippersnapper asked me to go into the Ministop and get him some. I told him no, because smoking is VERY VERY BAD.

Optimus,

That's pretty cute.

I have to laugh at the term "cats" being used in the title. Who uses that kind of language anymore?

I saw some high schoolers (not seniors) at HomePlus on Thursday shopping in the beer section, filling up their cart with imports. No one batted an eye at them.

Yeh, I don't really talk like that either. My friend used that word the other day so I wanted to pass it on.

BFD. It's not like they're going to drive anywhere. I'd be more concerned about the losers in Itaewon drinking and driving than any Korean high schoolers getting sloshed.

Oh yeh sure. It's Korea so it doesn't matter Rolling Eyes

Then why have drinking laws and regulations in any part of the world.

What you've basically said is that people of any age should be allowed in bars/clubs as long as they don't drive a car after. Lame.

Kids just usually say their running an errand for their parents or something in those situation.

Unless, you look totally too young, you don't really get carded if your going into a club with girls. All guys, and looking young? Yep, whip em out for inspection. The rule is to go out with girls, put on heavy makeup and wear some slutty wear.

Clubs in Seoul, usually don't get raided too much. They're all mobbed up anyway.
