What is it? Have you taken on a Korean diet of rice and soup, maybe a little kimchi and fish?
I eat a lot of noodles. Forget cereal nowadays. Feels like I'm eating wood chips. |

Oatmeal, bananas, oranges, milk, and coffee. I use part of my hot coffee water to make the oatmeal to save time since morning time is so limited with a morning job and trying to get every precious minute of sleep in the mornings. |

It's the only time of the day I have time to eat a proper meal, so breakfast is usually my biggest. It never used to be that way (it used to be a Yoplait and a juice), but since I changed I've had waaaaaay more energy through the rest of the day. I have to eat at 5AM because of an early-starting job, but I never leave home without first having:
- A lot of eggs. Two or three whole ones, and about five whites. More than three yolks is pushing my limits with cholesterol, and the whites are for the extra protein.
- Two or three slices of rye toast. One of 'em with crunch peanut butter.
- An apple or, now that it's winter, a couple mandarin oranges.
- Milk.
Between the eggs and the peanut butter it sounds like a lot of fat, but breakfast is a decent time to get a lot of fat in because your metabolism's ready for it from fasting for the last 6-8 hours during sleep. The rest of my meals throughout the day aren't as big as breakfast, but usually spaced 3 hours apart.
OH YEAH. My latest indulgence... Bought a box of Cap'n Crunch for a whoppin 8500 won at red door. Worth every won. Still the best crappy cereal ever on the face of the Earth. |

Back home in the day, leftovers.
Here I don't have leftovers so it's usually just coffee. |

Rye or multi-grain(Costco just started selling giant loaves of multi-grain!) toast with crunchy peanut butter, a juice(natural fruit juice) and a piece of fruit(seasonal).
Now that I'm pregnant I wake up because I am hungry at like 7am, so I try to eat something similar BEFORE I sleep as well! When we don't go to bed til 2am, waking at 7 sucks! |
