about ready to leave here and am wondering what everybody does with their arc.
should i keep it, chuck it, or would it be wise to submitt it to immigration at the airport on the way out?
also, would not submitting the arc to immi affect getting the pension at all? |

You have to submit it to Immy when you leave at the airport...that being said, toss it......  |

Make copies of your ARC. You will have to turn in the original to the immigration officer at the airport when you leave (or risk getting fined 100k won for not having it).
Apply for your pension BEFORE you leave Korea (it is much easier and you will hate yourself if you don't) |
