Wow, I agree with jinju? Is that bad?

Seriously, you don't really think Ron Paul has a shot? He's the Kucinich of the Republican field. Lovable, and somewhat sensible on a variety of topics, but ultimately far too extremist to be a viable candidate.

Look at the numbers.

He's got a ground swell of popular support which cuts across partisan lines. He's a doctor let's not forget, knows a good deal about diagnosis & what medicine his SICK patients need.

AmeriKa is on bended knee.

If BOTH main parties weren't owned & controlled by special elitist global / Illuminati interests, Bilderbergers et al. he would be a shoe-in.

Presumably, these bastards will do everything in their power to see that he is never allowed to serve as the nation's leader.

MOLOCH !!

And that little rant was supposed to refute my statement?

I'm gonna go look for a I <3 Dennis Kucinich thread and I'll post what they say about him next to what you said.

How about a new bet? I bet both candidates supporters would sound the same.

If you love libertarians why not support a libertarian.

You have a point. Unfortunately, Ron Paul supporters hardly ever talk about the issues. Instead, it's a constant barrage of "Ron Paul won the Dubuque Young Republicans straw poll!" "Ron Paul won the North Buffalo Jaycees BBQ straw poll!" and "Ron Paul's support is at 5%!" It gets a tad annoying and leaves most nonsupporters anxiously awaiting his early demise.
