how I did it on mine at the old apartment was:
1) remove the battery pack cover
2) there were three little buttons one said '123'
3) with the door open and the keypad slide cover up
4) push the '123' door should beep at you or the little color bar flash...something along those lines
5) type in your new code number and push the "activate" button whatever that is for you...on mine it was the code+* (the star key)
6) the door should beep/flash at you that the code was accepted
7) with the door still open lock it from the inside, I had a manual flip button that I could lock/unlock --try the new key code
If this doesn't work try asking your security guard or a neighbor.
This should work, but I don't know what type of lock you have but give it a shot |

ours came with a manual. Look in your apartment for that or ask the landlord. |

It depends on the brand. Ask you doorman guy for some help and give him a snack or bottle of soju as a thank you. |

If that doesn't work, a hammer will always do the trick. |
