Keep in mind its just the name and this bike isnt for actually for racing. it cruises between 60 and 70k |

To clarify you don't need a license for the scooter itself which
Americans call tags, however you do need a driver' license.
The driver's license does not have to have a motorcycle
endorsement until the bike is over 125 cc. |

but basically nobody is going to mess with a foreigner on a 50cc |

Get in a wreck or even minor fenderbender and then see what the cops say. You could end up paying over 2.0 million won for that. Otherwise, no, they don't mess with you as long as you have a helmet on. Wait, now that I think of it, they are doing road checks in Seoul to check for licenses. I was pulled over on a 250cc MC, but the cop just said "License?" I said yes, he waved me on, all the Koreans had to show their documents. |
