Or Star, if you are lucky enough (like me!) not to have to listen to the blabbering commentary of the mongolvision crew. I've got the tissues on hand. Come on England!

BBC says McClaren is leaving Robinson on the bench! (i can't believe it took that long to make that kind of managerial decision.)

^And Beckham, although if it was down to me, I'd have left him on the plane.

^^

I think if they didn't make sure he got off the plane then he'd still be sat the
there. Hoping!

Which is why children lead players onto the pitch, because they would have got lost, because they ein't sew brite, Lee Bowyer has been known to end up in the car park a few times if he's without a "guider".

Take your point about Robinson, but Carson has only played one game for England (last Friday!) huge gamble in my opinion..if it comes off McLaren will smell of roses..if not...well...anyway, I know he has had problems too but I would have played James..he has been there...why didnt McLaren give Carson more runs out in the past to get the lad more prepared for this..it's a massive game??? Robbo has played the last 25 straight...and over half will have been friendlies..smacks of panic to me..apparently Robbo has looked suspect in training...I have a feeling it will be a long, tense evening (well morning that is). Just hope we do it!

I get the feeling that if we had lost and Robbo had made some clangers then McClaren would have been hung, drawn and quartered for sticking with the hopeless nib. If he puts Carson in, who makes mistake, he'll probably only get hung, but probably more praise for actually trying something a bit different from the "progressive" english-ee fans.

If we lose it won't matter he's a dead man, regardless of the keeper he picks.
