These are questions about American citizens marrying Korean citizens. They're kinda odd and really, you don't want to know why I'm asking.
How do you go about getting married while here in Korea? Also, is there a way to sign a pre-nuptial agreement? |

It's simple. The couple in question is not idealistic to the point of not protecting their assets and acquisitions prior to marriage. Sometimes love ain't forever. Maybe they're just cynical. I'd call them smart.
Thanks for the link. |

| Donald Trump once said (and I'm paraphrasing here) "Money has power. It has the power to bring people together. It has the power to make one person actually love another person. These days, it just makes good financial sense to get a prenup." |

Especially in Korea where love is all about the benjamins. Just business! |

I agree with Donald Trump. Even if you don't have anything, you never know what the future brings. I know I'm cynical but I think I'm realistic. Now a days marriage should be entered with a "hope for the best prepare for the worst mentality." So much time could be saved that way.
Anyway, my new question is about divorce. How is divorce in Korea different from divorce in America. As far as the process and who gets what goes. Sorry, I don't mean to be a downer. Just wanna know.[/quote] |

In short, men get the kids, women get the bad reputation. |
