The link doesn't do anything at the moment. Message says 'no protocol'.

I guess the link will start when the game does?

Or do I have to get one of the Sopcast, TVU, etc. first? I could only get TVU to work...

You need to download the sopcast player.

Besides basketball and football (maybe baseball and hockey to a lesser extent) its probably close to 100%. Moct NCAA athletes are regular students who play sports. The only people who leave early are mostly the guys who can be professional athletes.

yushin,
not that long ago each university was pretty much allowed to do what ever it wanted to get players, e.g. unlimited scholarships. they could give out lots and lots and lots of scholarships. this would have a vaccuum cleaner effect. the powerful schools would suck up all the marquee players. the non-powerhouses couldn't recruit the athletes needed to compete. a few years back they standardized the # of scholarships a university could give out (85 IIRC).

this redistribution of the talent pool has been a driving factor behind the unpredictable season we are enjoying as the marquee players are being more evenly distributed across Division I football instead of sitting on the bench at Nebraska, University of Miami, etc.
