Go to Yonsei University's International Clinic and find out about getting an official translation.
Diabetes is a common problem and one of the reasons a needle can be taken on board an airplane. I'm sure they've encountered the problem before and aren't going to risk you going into a coma on a 15 hour flight.
You should really contact your airline directly and ask them. |

I think that Bibbitybop is correct for cutting out any problems. I understand from my friends that they have gone home to Canada with little or no problems as they keep copies of the prescription information with them from the Doctors.
Oh Bibbitybop, he does not need needles, his are in tablet form. Same as mine.  |
