| Thinking of going back to a hogwan. Just wondering how the salary system works. I was thinking it's their starting salary plus 100,000 for every year of experience. Is this right? Up to how many years? |

Nope.
Experience doesn't count for a whole lot. |

In a hakwon it is whatever you can negotiate.
Low end is about 1.8 mil for 30 classroom hours.
High end can run over 2.5 for the same 30 hours.
Of course that is + benefits. |
