The majority of cheap apartments (particulary those thrown at teachers) have no bath. Well, that's more or less the norm for many thousands of apartments. But, does anyone out there actually have a bath, and if so, how much is your rent? It'd be interesting to see if there really is any new(er) places that feature proper bathrooms at a reasonable price.

40 pyung, 4 bedrooms (one is more like a walk in closet, though), one bathroom has a bath in it, the other doesn't. I *think* 250m. Not sure.

23 pyung (I think) and one bathroom with a bath tub. Don't use it though. Just stand in it for my showers. It's too short and narrow (and I'm only 5'8") for comfort. Why take a bath at home when you can go to a mok-yok-tang and bathe in comfort?

One of my adult students (who works in construction) told me that all officetels don't have bathtubs. If they put in a bathtub then they have to pay extra tax because then it becomes an apartment...

Because at home you can have a private bubble bath while you sip your wine or champagne, relaxing to nice music after a long, hard day. I had a bath my last two years here. This time around, only a shower. It sure was nice to be somewhere with a nice tub during Chuseok...The Grand Hyatt.

I don't know how many pyeong, but my place is pretty big. 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, but it might as well be the size of another bedroom, with a full bath and washer/dryer.
5 million key money, 850,000won per month (fully furnished). Close to Itaewon in Bogwangdong.
