Yes, more fun dealing with new E2 visa changes.
In order to get a Massachusetts state background check-I have to send along a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Any ideas on how to do this?? |

There should be something called an "international reply coupon," but before you try doing that (because it might be hard to get the postal staff to understand) call Mass. and ask them if there are any other options since you're int'l. |

IRCs are usually called 국제반신권 (gukjebansin-gwon) here, which might help. However, I would estimate that your difficulty in explaining this concept to a postal clerk in Korea will be exceeded only by your difficulty in explaining it to a government employee in Massachusetts. Based on a highly scientific survey of my home town, I would estimate that roughly 0.01% of all Americans have ever heard of an IRC. So yes, contacting the SOS office directly is probably the best thing.
Option 2: if you have time, you could probably just order stamps from the States. |

Can you mail the forms to a friend and have them send them in with the SASE? Or have the friend mail it in and SASE it to themselves? |
