Are AB ROLLERS available in Korea? I can find sites like this, but won't ship to Korea. www.abroller.com I can't find anything in the stores, even when I go to bigger cities. I haven't looked around Seoul yet. I hope to get up there in a couple of weeks. (COEX Mall, maybe?) Anyways, since most people on here seem to live in Seoul, maybe someone could point me in the right direction if they are sold there. Thanks. |

Why would you want to waste your money on that junk? |

They are available... Im sure they have all that fitness equipment on GMarket but youll have to get a Korean to help you navigate and potentially order from there... there are some other sites that sell fitness equipment but again they are all in Korean and its not something I actively sought whilst in Korea... alternatively, youll find a number of shops that sell the equipment not always in the big centres but quite locally... I remember a fitness shop which sold all sorts of gym equipment quite randomly in Songpa (Line on the main road heading up to Jamsil so I would imagine thats a trend followed in other neighbourhoods too... |

I have seen many of them in shops. Do not go to the big stores. They are available in sport shops that sell sport equipment to health clubs. Just walk around and look for a sport shop specializing in health club equipment. I have seen some down here in Mokpo in sport shops. |

Yup. The folks upstairs from me have one and they seemingly use it all the time to my utter annoyance. And, I've seen the 'results'. Wasn't impressed.
How about you offer to buy it from them. I'll pitch in...think of it as ab-rolling on scholarship. |

Or anything else that works better. I hate convential sit ups and always used equipment in canada to help. It did work but I had to do a few hundred a day. I've gotten a small belly since moving here and need to lose it. |
