We've got a request to make. We have a cat of some friends of ours. They moved to Shanghai shortly after they had a daughter. The plan was to send the cat on once they'd settled. Now they tell us that they'd really rather not have the cat with the baby and could we find a home for him.

Well, we're leaving Korea ourselves in March and so need to find a home for him before then. Only offers that are genuine will be considered and we'll want to make sure for the cat's sake that he has a good home to go on to.

There are some pics at

Needles only bears a resemblance to a tiger in his looks. He's as timid as a mouse otherwise. He's not a lap cat at all and hates being picked up. But he enjoys a tummy rub on the floor several times a day when he's not asleep.

He's an indoor cat who was brought in as a stray abandoned kitten. He's had all his vaccinations and we have records of this from his previous owners. He's been fixed too.

Any offers of interest please email [email protected] PMs are likely to be forgotten. I'm afraid as we're pretty busy these days.

Wow. That is a gorgeous cat.

If I didn't have two of my own, I'd take him right in.

I miss my cats and my dog sooooo much; BUT my korean fiance' is afraid of cats and thinks dogs are too dirty.......

I'm working on it......I think a cat is the best option for a small apt. I'll show her the pics when she wakes and try AGAIN to convince her that cats are not evil and scary.....

wish me luck

Hey, if you are going to name a post "Needles," please provide hypodermic needles so I can stop sharing needles with 90% of the foreigners in my area.

You got any real needles? And a spoon?
