I am just starting to play D&D with some of my students and needs some dice sets.

So if anyone wants to sell an extra set or knows where I can get some in Korea...that would be great.

I am having my father go through some of my old boxes to find some of my dice...but he is still searching.

I also ordered several pounds of them from ebay in addition to those discussed in the linked thread.

I did a search for you on Gmarket and Yahoo Korea...

Man! I couldn't find anything you could buy here. Confused

Edit: I did find a craps game in the shape of a "trouble popper" LOL!

I think this is the guy that I bought dice from. He used to be in 강남 but looking the address now, he seems to have moved. If it's the same guy he speaks English very well so you could call him or send him an email.

Naw.

The dice serve, because of their odd shapes, to get students' attention and as a kinesthetic component to games.

A game usually play with a 6-sided die will go longer with a 4-sided.

The dice can be used to randomly choose students (tomorrow I'm using my 20-sided dice to determine who gets to choose interview time first).

With any of the dice you can make a grid with coordinates (with grammar or vocabulary in the squares) and use the dice to randomly select a square.

Thanks Beaver....you've added something to my list I need to find when I get home. I just have to figure out where I left them when I came here, might have to hit the comic book store and pick up another full set, I think I have a full set at home....4d, 6d, 8d, 10d (I have 2 of these 0-9 and 00-90), 12d, and 20d. Are there anymore?

This place may have them also. They have Warhammer etc so should have plenty of dice.
