I have an eerie vibe that I may have made the mistake of taking a job offer with this agency. I'm frustrated at the moment because I have not heard from the recruiter, Kimberley, for 3 weeks now regarding the application process. The last email contact we had exchanged informed me that the Korean immigration was approving my docs. She has not answered any of my follow-up emails. The job was to have started in mid-Nov. I thought this agency is legitimate since they have a recruiting licence.

Have I been duped?

EDRA's Recruiting licence by the Korean Goverment Recruiting licence number 2004-3370010-11-5-00003

There's a reason for everything, hope this situation leads to a good one.

I used them 2 years ago. They seemed fine to me..as far as recruiters go. They found me a basic, crappy hagwan job.

The hagwan lied about a bunch of things but I can't really blame the recruiter for that.

It may be that they are confused by all the rumors and counter rumors surrounding the new visa regulations. I wouldn't blame them.
