She knows about Dexter's mother's murder, but thats about it.
But in the last episode, they discovered that one of the cars from the police impound was used in the killing of one of Dexter's many "victims". I know in the show they won't find anything- because they want to keep the series going....maybe.....but in many "real" police departments, the CCTVs they usually install in places like that would've caught him red-handed........but I guess for the sake of the show, they dropped small details like that |
Didn't they say they didn't have cameras or even logs to check things in and out because their own force were the only ones who had access? |

They had sign in/out register but said they didn't keep the records. Probly have CCTV, but don't keep the video longer than a certain time. I find it more unlikely they wouldn't keep the sign in/out register - surely they would archive the book in a box somewhere? |

Hey, I found episodes 11 and 12 online today! Somebody boosted them up ahead of schedule. Hopefully they'll be downloaded by the time I get off work, and I can finish watching the season tonight. |

There are more plot holes than that: a real life serial killer gets researched extensively- people want to know everything there is to know about him/her. In real life, everyone would know that the Ice Truck Killer's brother is Dexter.
The police would have also re-examined the murder of that Cuban smuggler's wife in the first season.
That being said, I enjoy the show a great deal. When it goes off the air (hey, it will eventually) I will probably be completely inconsolable (sp?), weeping and crying for days. |

I just watched the last 2eps...
Definitely not what I was expecting, but enjoyable nonetheless...
I was wondering where they were going to go with the show after season one... and that same feeling has returned... |

Wikipedia and IMDB both say it's supposed to start Sept. 28. But it looks like Weeds just started again, that should tide me over for awhile.
Have you seen that Dexter is playing on regular cable tv? What's the point? They have to cut all the good stuff to make it suitable. Like Sex and the City without the sex. |
