I heard from someone that after December, in order to get an ARC, the E2 applicant will have to get a blood test for HIV and drugs in Korea. I know that there are a lot of wild stories floating around. Does anyone know anything for sure about this?

| Yes it is for sure. Serious cause for concern if you are a drug addict or already facing death from an incurable disease. |
