Here's the deal. I've been working at a uni on an E1 for 18 months. I will not return March 2008. I have not told my boss this. My boss expects me to come back in 2008 to finish off the first semester to fulfill the remainder of my contract.

I've had some major issues with management and I don't trust them. If I tell them I don't plan on returning in 2008 I'm sure they won't pay my December, Jan, and Feb paychecks for which I am entitled to as I am on my earned vacation.

I'm leaving in two weeks never to return. My mate is going to wire my next three pay checks to me. So there's no trouble there.

I'm a kiwi and I know I'm entitled to the private pension fund because several kiwi friends of mine have recently received theirs. I went to the private pension office (Sa Hak Yeon Geum) and they gave me a form that my boss has to fill out? Obviously I don't want to take this to my boss.

Is it possible to apply from abroad come March? It amounts to over 3,000,000 won.

Any advice would be appreciated
