You will find if you rent Love Actually in Korea on DVD... the whole subplot containing the 'pornstar body doubles who fall in love' has been edited out of the movie!!
Shocked

Seriously!!

What about the Tim Allen movie? I can't remember the title, but a search on google for Tim Allen and Christmas would do it.

Also, will they let you take two class periods to show a move? That way, you can show the longer ones. Good luck.

"Bad Santa" is the story of two conmen who go on a road trip to malls dressed as Santa and his elf. Rather than spreading good cheer, the duo's motive is to rob each establishment, a strategy that becomes complicated when they encounter an 8-year-old who teaches them the true meaning of Christmas.

Does anyone know how to get subtitles for downloaded torrents? I want to show my 3rd and 4th graders claymation rudolph. They would probably folllow it without, but I'd like to show it with Korean subtitles if possible (they can't read much yet). It's my last day of class with them, so i just want to do something fun.

Thanks

I spent Saturday writing out the script from "Shrek the Halls".

The Video is on the torrents.

I have it in MSWord can convert it to PDF.

I don't know how I can post it in the forum here.

Can you attach a file to the PMs?

I'm using this along with the script and the Night Before Christmas
poem for a Christmas and culture lesson.

I'll spent maybe ten minutes explaining the Santa myth with the poem.

Hand out the script or part there of, with some fill in the blanks.
Watch the video let the student hunt some of the words.

After the video open discussion.
How does the poem relate to the video?
Similarities and differences all that.

A Charlie Brown Christmas

I'm showing this tomorrow to my high school students. I've got the English subtitles, too. The whole flick is twenty-five minutes in length. I might also show It's Christmastime again, Charlie Brown, which is twenty-two minutes long.

Ouch. They've been deleted. A message says "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Paramount Pictures Corporation."
