OK, so I've just looked at my TV, and down the bottom it says Worldmulti- pal, ntsc and seacam. It is an old sharp tv that I bought in the Dubai quite a few years ago. Does this mean it will use Pal and ntsc and where should I get the playstation from now? here or Australia.
Again, thankyou |
That's good news! Yes, Dubai is a PAL region.
So you will have some button on the remote (maybe "input" or "video AV" button) that changes the tv between Pal and ntsc,
You can go ahead and get one here or Aust. Just make sure it's modchipped. Both aussie and Korean ps2s when modded, will play your orig. Aussie games as well as any games you get in Korea. |

Yes get the NTSC versions and you'll be fine. There are various chips, but I don't know which is the best to get sorry.
I think the newer PS2s in Yongsan are being fitted with matrix Infinity. |
