Sorry, I really just drink Korean teas--there are so many good ones. Enjoying a nice cup of 이슬차 right now. Mmm. |

You can buy 'hong cha' (black tea) at any major grocery store, i.e. homeplus, e-mart, etc... They have darjeeling, earl grey, english breakfast, and so on and so on.
As far as cafes go, every coffee shop, including Dunkin Donuts, sells three kids of black tea. I suggest Holly's coffee where the leaves are steeped in your own personal tea pot. |

You can buy Lipton Yellow Label Tea International Blend in boxes of 100 at any major box store (Lotte Mart, E-mart, Homever etc). It is in a big yellow box. Not as good as British tea but a fairly good substitute when in need. |

Just get a big 250-bag box sent from home. Believe me, the paltry offerings of black tea on offer in Korea won't make you happy and they cost a fortune. |

Bewleys Irish tea is available from Hannam Supermarket near Hangangjin subway station in Seoul. It's expensive but in my opinion worth it. If you're like me and you like your tea strong enough to melt the teaspoon, give it a go. |

Go to the foriegn supermarket in Itaewon, the one ran by the Muslim folks.
You can get a bag of 50 tea bags, good quality Sri Lankan tea for a low price of 4,000 Won.
I drink it all the time and it's comparable to pg tips etc... well more on par with the higher quality supermarket's own brands, but yeah, pretty alright. |

I saw Yorkshire Tea in Hyundai department store in Cheonho the other day. 18,000 like for a tiny box but it gave me a little warm glow inside....

Two words: Strength and flavour.
Lipton tea is rubbish. You would need to put in three bags to get a vaguely tea tasting flavour. |

TETLEY
Mum sends a pack of 250 every few months. We use each tea bag at least twice with no taste difference. We are running low right now, but I'm sure I could stick a few in an envelope if the OP is having withdrawal symtoms. Especially an apt beverage on a winters morning, or coming in from the cold. By the way, I think many Koreans think it unusual that we put milk in the cup too! |
