Today, December 5, my school had a teacher meeting with the supervisor of Siheung Board of Education. I was told to sit in my office and stay there, as to hide me from him. Beyond that, my coteacher took the credit for the powerpoints I did.

Every since the conference when one of the coordinators lied about me, my school has disrespected me. I feel this needs to change but one thing is my contract is up in August and no more putting up with this from my school.

How could your co-teacher take credit for something you did? It's your fault I would have barged in and shown them whose PP's they were.

Yet another reason I don't use PowerPoint to make my presentations! It's kind of hard for someone to take credit for it if they can't use the program I use for mine. Very Happy

Are you a gyopo? The same thing happened to PKang, as he explained on another thread.

It sounds like you need to stand up for yourself. Public schools are hit or miss in terms of how good they are to you. I worked at a public school in Incheon and they were very good to me. The only reason I didn't renew my contract is because i was burnt out teaching kids.
