A folding model would be ideal, but anything stable would be considered. |

Ken, I'm telling you... get one of those big rubber balls. They work really well for crunches, and can be moved around easily. Mine cost 8,000 won. |

Yeah, those are kinda fun for crunches. You can also use a bench for weights though. Not so much with the ball. |

I got some dumbbells too, so I was wanting it to double up as a bench for lyeing on (one end on the bed/sofa/chair etc.).
Ball sounds good, but I would have to use chocks to stop it moving!
May try it. |
