Directed by Gu Ritchie of Lock Stock fame.
It was at Cannes 2 years ago to no fanfare at all but (oddly) is released in the States (but not Canada) this weekend.
I's love to see it. Anyone seen it on DVD? |

picked it up at Itaewon summer before last and it was barely worth the 4000 won I overpaid for it (i gave it away, gladly, to an aussie who later told me he didn't finish watching it)
but if you sat through Zodiac and liked its dreary plodding detail and don't mind a few dashes of pop culture and faux-smart words thrown around to no effect
then it's the movie for you! |
