Hi,
I was just hoping some of you might have the names and email addresses of a good travel agent in the Philippines who can help me plan a great holiday. Someone who can help me find the right resorts, find transportation and tips on what to do in the area. Someone who can help with international flights would be a bonus.
So, if you have a recommendation of a good agent, please let me know! |

Thank you!
I really appreciate that. I've been doing my own planning, but since the trip is a little complex, I need some help. |

I am thinking about heading to the Philippines for a month or two once I finish my contract in December, care to share what you're planning on doing/seeing? |

Sure
We're flying to Hong Kong via Taipei on Eva Air...best rates. Spend 5 days there, then onwards to Cebu on Cebu Pacific (they also have great rates).
Planning to fly to Camiguin for 5-6 days, to hike and bike around. Spent some time there before, when my family lived in Cagayan.
Then fly back to Cebu and onwards to Puerto Princessa on Palawan. Then, after looking at other posters' plans and copying their ideas... bus to Sabang and spend a few nights at the nature reserve...Bambua, I think it's called. Then take a ferry to Port Barton and Cacnipa...take a few days to do that. We'll go slowly. Then either catch the ferry if it passes by again or hire a banca to take us on to El Nido, where we'll spend a few more days, before catching a flight back to Cebu probably via Manila.
We'll be in the Philippines from the 26th of January until the 16th of February.
Haven't sorted it all out yet, but am trying to get in semi-organized, because of the lunar new year and the chaos it may cause.
I'm excited! I lived in Mindanao for my childhood and went to an int'l high school in Manila...but never been to Palawan. |
