I'm American. I want to be covered while I'm there. Is there a website that I can use to do this? No clear choice with Google. What do you think?

several choices here. I've used options from E-Health Insruance for years. If you can swing a bigger deductible, your rates will be much cheaper.

Last year I just did a google search for travel insurance and found a website like the above poster used. Then I contacted the company and explained my exact sitation and they recommended a very flexible plan that covered alot. I think I paid 21 USD for about 1 week of coverage worth about 1 mil. USD, but it wouldn't be much more than that for a month. Hope that's helpful. I've got no idea the name of the company, sorry. I thinks it's very well worth every penny, especially for travel to the US. Have a nice trip!
