I was at Emart today and noticed some lockers with air holes in the front and paper on the bottom
I investigated further and found that under the paper is a removable tray thing.
I can only conclude that it's either for dogs, babies or both.
I forgot to take a photo though. |

OP, they are for a small dog. I really liked the idea in Korea. I dogsat for a friend and I'd take the dog with my everywhere. Sometimes I needed to go to the store and she liked to come with me. It gave me a safe place to put her for a short time. She got use to it and it's not so bad. What I don't like is when people tie up their pets outside. People can really hurt your dog if you aren't there and what if the dog gets lose? The dog lockers are a really good idea. You will not find such a thing anywhere else in Asia. I haven't seen it anywhere but Korea, very convenient. |

| The E-mart in Bucheon Station has them, but they are outside the entrance. It is so cold out there now that the poor things are just shivering and shaking because they are tiny lap dogs! It's a good idea if you insist on taking your dog everywhere, but honestly, I think they would be better off warm at home then in a cold box outside while you shop for an hour! |

I never used the ones outside. However, I often went out running around for hours with her in the cold because she just loved all the excercise and being with me. Then I would take her inside and it was a little bit too warm. But she'd be warm if she were inside the house too after being outside in the snow for most of the day. I wonder why the other people didn't put a winter coat on the dogs if they were that cold. Dogs like to be outside as much as possible. I just feel sorry for the ones kept in cages all day long and rarely get a chance to get out. Now that is very cruel. |

If you use the ones outside don't forget to bring your dog's sleeping bag.

| The lockers are in Lotte Mart, Emart and many other places. I don't see the big issue, every dog should have a cage of similar size for transportation. |

What do you do when you have to leave him home so you can go about your business? My guess is he would cry the whole time. Dogs can get use to those lockers and it's not so bad if they are only left in there for five minutes up to an hour. If they can't get use to that, what will you do when you have to leave Korea and he needs to travel with you on a long flight? Will you abandon him then? |

That's a muzzle and they are for protecting people and other pets against a dog attack from the dog wearing the muzzle. Dogs can still bark with those on. It makes very little difference as far as that is concerned. |
