http://taxpark.net/

Many corporate expats as well as USFK contractors use him. I've been using him for the last 2 yrs. Efficient.

Located across and down 100 yds from the Capital Hotel, Itaewon.

Do you have a new weblink, or perhaps name / phone number? This site seems to be down.

What does one do that hasn't paid taxes in like 15 years?

Just file them. They won't do anything to you. After the fine, if you are due a refund, they'll send you a check. You can file them for free at the embassy when the IRS has a rep there. You don't even need W-2s from the states; they'll have all your info on computer.

They'll have all your info on their computer? What--the IRS will? From the Korean tax authorities?
