I teach at Seoul Metro. He was indeed copping a squat due to being sick with the runs and fell out the door.

What a way to go.

you'll see the word 용변 a couple times in the article, which means he either finished his business or he was trying to relieve himself

Koreans stick together regarding anything that might make Korea or Koreans in general look bad; was trying to save face by not mentioning the bare cheeks.
