Not much help here I'm afraid. But i do envy you. I'm definitely planning on a visit there to include seeing some wild Tigers...
Be warned: the sanitation is very poor, you can get sick very easily if you're not careful. Drink only bottled water, eat out only at places that are besieged with customers (a good sign that their fare will not give you food poisoning), and remember to come back. i've heard of so many people who love that wonderful country and end up staying there for years. |

i used to work at a travel agent. india for xmas gets sold out as soon as the tickets become available. you can book an airline seat eleven months into the future, therefore, you should have booked in january. if you get a seat (affordable) i will be very surprised. sorry for the bad news!
as for airline, dunno if one of the korean airlines fly to india. i imagine one of them does though. otherwise, you will have to fly via somewhere else in asia like singapore (check out singapore airlines), thailand (thai airways), garuda (always a cheap airline) and malaysian. unfortunately, at the best of times, these airlines are not cheap (except garuda), so at xmas..... |
