for those of you that have already gone to the nearest consulate , who paid for the trip ? you or the school?
As of now Im demanding that the school pay .So far , thye ve agrred to pay for the flight to TORONTO .
I THINK WE ( THE TEACHERS) SHOULD START A TREND.wE SHOULD DEMAND THAT THE SCHOOL PAYS FOR OUR TRIPS TO THE CONSULATE.
Dont take no for an answer. The way I see it , potential teachers must be dropping like flies .Its too much trouble for a lousy 2.3. |

Excellent,
I have been suggesting this myself to new applicants.
This is what I would enforce myself for them to pay as a result of rising costs such as:
1) (what you did) trip to consulate
2) getting new transcripts (one is enough by human standards as results never change after graduation)
3) background check
4) health check |

My school agreed to pay for the trip , however they said they would give me the money as soon as I arrived in korea.
I dont really trust them , mainly cause they are korean hogwon owners.
This time of years . tickets are so expensive. |

| If you do go to Korea and they don't give you the money, then just wait outside the classroom until they pay you. |
