i'm moving into an apt in a couple of days - there was supposed to be a bed there but now there's not - I'm really strapped for cash for another month -

this is in haebonchon - anyone know where i can find maybe one of those foam type fold out mattresses? or something else really cheap? 100,000 or less? 50,000 would be better - actually free would be even better Rolling Eyes but am not holding my breath for santa!

thanks!

Get a Korean friend to help you buy one online at Gmarket or Auction. I just bought a bed there recently for a friend for about 70 000 including delivery and set up. It also has 2 drawers attached tot he bottom of the bed and looks nice. It's actually made in Germany. It's decent for the price. I did see some some one for about 50 bucks too without the drawers. It arrived in 2 days on a Sunday. The dude set it up in 10 mins.

Go to the Dongdaemun fabric market, the one across the Cheonggyechon from Doota, and look in there. Korean style mattresses (called a "yo" or "ebol") are cheap and easy to carry home on the subway.
