This one, written today, had me shaking my head. It was written by a fairly young girl, which now that I think about makes me feel bad for the reply I wrote.

I had a student put 'stoner' instead of 'stone,' not once, but twice. Yes, two different tests, the same wrong answer (and, yes, I corrected him both times, while not letting him in on the joke)! It was priceless (I'll put a photo up later).  |
