short for English Proficiency Test for Aviation.

This seems to be a very highly specialized form of English.

I have a potential customer who wants me to improve his skill from level 3 to level 4, basically he cannot get less then 65 on his score, he was ordered by his company to reach level 4 even though he only does domestic flights. level 4 is normally assigned to international flights.


His biggest issue is that, from my observation, he mumbles .....
He also has quit a big amount of passive knowledge and is unable to put it into practice.

Does anyone have a good idea where to start.

I was first thinking of doing lip exercises, to improve his articulation and intonation.

The test also includes critical analytical though processes that have to be expressed into English, this is the greatest obstacle yet. Any ideas?
