I've been checking these cameras out for a long time, and am looking at my best prices now.
Does anyone know where I can get one of these in Korea for the CHEAPEST price?

I had a S2IS and had nothing but problems with it. I don't recommend it. You might want to look at the G7 or G9: my G7 is amazing and they can be had for less than 400,000 new.

| before coming to Korea to teach, I used to sell cameras. I agree that The G series is better than the S series. G is designed for 'pro' people though. Honestly, if you want something similar to the Canon S3 or S5 you should check out the Panasonic FZ18 if you want something with Image stabilizing and good pictures in an easy to use camera that's similar to the Canon's you mentioned. |
