Hello,
Does anyone know of any Filipino calling cards? I have an Eagle card but the rates are outrageous for the Philippines. There must be something.

Pick one up from your local Filipino store. They will have the ones with the best rates. There are a few of them.
If you don't know where any Filipino stores are, there is one in Itaewon, behind the Philippine Embassy and they are very helpful. |
