Call a couple of lawyers and ask if they offer a notary service, then get the prices. They will be stupidly expensive for what is basically a stamp and a signature. The cheapest I could get in my small town was 25 quid. Hopefully someone else knows a cheaper way...?

Why do you need to?

I only ask because if it is for a job, my agent (also UK) told me I only need my police check apostilled. I just have to send my original degree certificates and sealed transcrips as proof of education.
I think you should maybe look into this as you may be spending money which you don't need to spend
