I've been reading about it. I think it's very interesting and would like to discuss ideas with others. What are your thoughts about it?

Yep! Beer sounds good!

BTW, I just finished watching the documentary called "Dying to Have Known". A very interesting film about Gerson therapy. I highly recommend it to everyone!

indeed, the beer will be good but not as good as the Gerson therapy if one is ill... well, from what i know about it at least.

my take on it is that it is a controversial, holistic, nutrition-based therapy with NO supporting medicinally scientific data. i first read about it when desperately searching to help a dear loved one with cancerous tumors. if anything, it enlightened me to the cleansing nutrients of flax seed.

anyway, what did you want to discuss about it? can we indeed do that over beers face to face?

peace brother and i hope all is well with you and your better half... Very Happy

Pfffffffff.

I dunno. I'm hugely put off by the video you linked to because it made me feel very uncomfortable, but then again, I also believe that the power of positive thought can have a huge effect on your health. A friend's mother is a 'spiritual healer' and she made the national press in the UK when she cured a patient of hers of terminal cancer. So I just don't know.

I'm trying to keep an open mind. I just find it sickening that the AMA and the PHARM are very much against it. I guess if one gets cured of cancer by such an innexpensive method, then there is no money to be made.

I would honestly challenge people to look at the evidence and try and keep an open mind.

Now, I must go and find my juicer. Where did I put that darn thing?

My ex-girlfriend recently had a cancer scare and she saw it off in record time with a very healthy diet, lots of exercise and a quick departure from Korea.

The treatment developed by Dr. Max Gerson consisting of fresh, organic foods and juices, as well as coffee enemas, has been effective in treating essentially ALL the cancer cases in which it has been properly applied. In fact, the CHIPSA Hospital in Ensenada, Mexico, where his daughter Charlotte continues his groundbreaking work, receives and treats many patients whom mainstream medicine has failed. The treatment is based on the idea that essentially all cases of cancer are due to environmental toxins.

For a thorough discussion, including all about the medical politics behind the suppression of this therapy, as well as an explanation of it, and an interview with Charlotte Gerson herself, download program "070717 Healing the Gerson Way" from the Audio Archive at Taking Aim Radio. You might want to skip the first half hour or so if you have already seen "Dying to Have Known."
